I recently had my 2008 Silverado totaled by a drunk driver, this was the only vehicle I had to tow my camper and we were getting ready to go on vacation. I only wish I had seen some of these other abysmal reviews before driving 2 1/2 hours from Orlando last Friday, August 19, but alas, I did not. So, I took down the negative post, because you gave us good service at the service department. The very same day, I go to my mailbox and guess what? I get yet another letter from you with the same offer we were declined for the first time. The letter stated, this time, payoff and an opportunity to upgrade with the same payments. Not true. Another false statement. Please stop sending those letters unless you are prepared to honor it. It sends the wrong message. You are better than that.
I've always had great, prompt, friendly service here! My truck is well taken care of and always come back to me sparkling clean which is a great added perk!!
I scheduled an appointment to have a factory defect repaired after 2 hrs of waiting with 3 kids the 45 min job still hadn't started. After 4 hours they figured out they had the wrong part and I had to bring the truck back in. The only communication of any delays were after I went to check on the status of the vehicle. The next day they couldn't even bother calling me to tell me it was finished. This was one of my worst experiences with ANY service center. I really hope was a one off for the them.
I dropped my car off at 9a 3:44, and I have not heard from my service person. I have called 2x 12p and 2:40p. Both times Steve was too busy to speak with me. At this time, still no return call. Really disappointed in GMC.
