Wow, an oil change and tire rotation, and a 3 hour wait. What is the point of making an appointment and arriving at 7 am? Wish I'd never prepaid for maintainence. Seemed like a good idea at the time, but this is ridiculous. Plus, I get there at 7:00 am and my service advisor was about 20 minutes late. Guess no one else could do the paperwork? Based on my experience with their Service Department, I'd be leery of buying a vehicle there.
Brought a book as I thought I would be there for hours...in and out in 45 minutes! Great service!

This is the third experience that we have had with Nimnicht Buick GMC and once again we were treated with outstanding service. Russ Aldridge and Trent Rogers are fantastic. Not only are they efficient, but an absolute joy to work with. Nimnicht is the ONLY choice for me and my husband! Best car buying experience ever... not only once---three times!!!

Steve Elliot and the whole service crew are professional, polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. They listen, ask questions and provide simple to understand explanations. Also glad to see Melodie added to the crew at N-GMC. They did great work on our '69 Camaro and our '15 Denali. Thank you :)
