Purchased my second vehicle from Nimnicht a couple of weeks ago. For the most part, things have gone pretty well. Just as the other reviews say, sometimes there is no consistency in the service department. Unfortunately, that happens everywhere you go. If we have issues and bring it to someones attention, they have always resolved the issue. They are very unorganized and unprofessional. After looking at a car and not agreeing on a price, we left the store. The next day we received several emails and phone calls to come back in and we could work out a deal. After 2 appointments, we were told that we are not able to get a deal, even though we were told on the phone that they could do a certain $ for a certain number of months. I have purchased my last 3 cars from Nimnicht for 3 reasons. 1) Salesman - The most friendly, non-pushy people I have met in any car dealership. Use to be a hassle when I shopped for a car...not any more! 2) Service - Always contact me to let me know that it is time for my service. Have one service manager assigned to my cars, and he knows all about my vehicle. 3) Performance- Whether it is my GMC Terrain or My Buick they both give me the best performance I could expect. We've purchased two vehicles from the 'Avenues' location & we'll never buy from any where else. Lamar, our sales rep, Jason, behind the finance desk, DJ, parts & accessories. and David, Service Dept, have been with us from the beginning to oil change/tire rotation. Every time we've been in, they have ALL been exemplary. Remember us by name & always take very good care of us. Kudos guys! We love Nimnicht GMC!
