We purchased our GMC at Nimnicht because they had the unit we wanted. We live about 60 miles away. So, getting the service appointment right is very important, if they want us to drive that far. You call ahead, for a quick lube, get a 1:00pm appointment and when you get there the service rep. says, We are very busy and it is going to be a while. So goes the battle!
From a guy who has driven Ford all of his life I was completely surprised from the time I walked in the door. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. I couldn't be happier with my choice. Having had a 2010 Ford F-350 6.4 L diesel as a 5th wheel tow vehicle since new, I began researching a replacement during the winter/spring 2017.
Made an appointment for an oil change for 10am. Dropped my car off at 950am, no problem....except by 1pm, they still hadn't even touched my car. Not that they hadn't finished yet...they hadn't even started. I missed a 2pm appointment, so I lost money, too.
Great service. They have a waiting area where you can relax or grab some breakfast/lunch. I had to get my oil changed ASAP and they got me right in and was out with in an hour! Car was washed too! Thanks Nimnicht service department!
Clay and the service team did a great job. The appointment was a short notice one but they got us right in and handled the issue. Good job team!
