Still waiting on a call from Mario. A simple oil change and tire rotation gone bad. According to the service manager a call would be made to me to schedule a 3rd trip in and have this fixed, but I guess my number was lost. Shame on me for buying this extended service plan.
Service department was one of the worst customer service experiences ever received. Definitely not treated as a valued customer, more like a bother and trouble. No communication or resolution of problem. Will definitely not be going back and cannot recommend to anyone (at least as far as service department goes - I didn't deal with sales).
Racheal Guzman did an awesome job. Very well versed in the operation of the car. It was nice to see someone actually come outside in the heat of the day, to check on my needs. Most sales people look at you from inside the dealership, in the A/C.
I was here the other day and talked to a salesman named Steve. Steve Job I believe it was. I remember well because he was the friendliest , most knowledgeable salesman I've ever spoken to. Very funny guy too. I will definitely be back in the near future for a purchase.
My daughter went there to trade a 2015 Kia. I spoke with a sales rep the day before fore and briefed them on what we needed and as to not waste my daughter’s time..I’m 2.5 hours away. The used car manager, Jon, appraised her vehicle $2500 less than I had appraised the day before. I called him on it. I told him to give my daughter her keys so she could leave. I love this place! I was extremely impressed with the exceptional service I received while shopping the lot. Steve Job was not only good looking but he also made the buying process silky smooth! I am obsessed with my Buick Cascada! And I might just use it to swing back thru the lot and pick up a hot date with my favorite sales associate Steve. Holla
First off, this was a very new but Very great experience for me buying my first car. I expected the run around as I have heard alot of bad about dealerships but instead it was the opposite at Nimnicht Buick GMC. I worked with Steve Job! he helped get the perfect ride and payment that I can afford!!! I will recommend this dealership and Steve who helped me into my dream car!!!
