RecommendedService department is excellent! Wonderful customer service and don’t keep me waiting 2 1/2 hours just for an oil change. The previous dealership I dealt with took so long for services. Their sales people would nag you at every visit about trading your vehicle. I don’t have to worry about this at Nimnicht. They also don’t try to turn a simple oil change into an additional $200-$400 in services. Nimnicht will definitely keep me as a customer!

We just recently bought a 2019 Acadia and 2020 Sierra from Madison. She was absolutely amazing! One of the best salespersons we have ever encountered. We have already recommended her to our family and friends.
Our family car was damaged in a break-in and we needed a new car ASAP. Without a car we couldn’t run from dealer to dealer so we worked with Keith over the internet. Keith helped us from start to finish. Keith took the time to talk us and found us the perfect car. Keith used his cell phone to face time us so we could see the whole car and he even took the car for a test drive on face time. It saved so much time being able to work with Keith remotely.
