The service manager, Mr. Maxwell, was great. In my opinion, the way he handles himself, is the way you’d expect someone of his title to carry on. That being said, the service guy, David, was very was rude, with no customer service skills to speak of. I went to the dealership service department to get a 100k regular maintenance, and I requested it online, along with a shuttle ride home. Went in to see if we could make a deal on a Chevy 2500 priced around 50k.. Unfortunately they valued my trade way under market. 2014 chevy Silverado with 60k miles z71 package at 17k. Their vehicle was priced high as well. Thanks anyway
The personnel at this location were incredibly friendly and attentive to my needs. Sudi looked through all inventory on site to try and locate the vehicle I found online and wanted to test drive. With that being said, the vehicle was not able to be located as it was “out on loan” with a different customer. This action (lending out vehicles for other use) was not mentioned in the vehicle information and is quite off putting. Excellent customer service and a great experience! didn’t have a lot of time and needed to get in and out without hassle. I picked a beautiful car and Jarin Cobb and Manager Jason made it happen!
