I bought my used car there on 2/2/2019 and last night the brand new 42 month warranty AC Delco battery they installed started malfunctioning I called them up and they told me to bring the car there today only to tell me that the warranty on that battery is only a year... sorry I’d have to purchase a new one and with insulation it be over $200 , yeah we all know that if I purchase a new battery from them they would turn around take the old warranty battery and get their credit on it... also keep in mind it’s 18 days after the... read more
My experience buying a car was great. Their customer service after was great too. I bought an older used Enclave “as is” with no warranty. 5 days later I had a problem with the AC and my heart sank. I called in to sales and no questions asked they told me to bring it in and they’d take care of it, free of charge. Brought it in and they took care of it, did another entire vehicle inspection, found the car battery voltage was low, and replaced that as well- free of charge.
