Hello , I decided to downsize and get a new Encore SUV! Nimnicht Buick was the best experience ever. Sales Consultant, Tony Fazel 904 652 7956, was the best, no pressure and respected all my requests and they kept on giving. Gourmet cookies arrived today.

This is the worst customer service I've ever encountered. I have a problem with a dash that has a crack that I have been trying to resolve from July 6. I have been put off and have had no return phone calls. This was the second car and last I will ever purchase from this dealership. The worst ever.
Worst service department I've ever dealt with in my life. I do not recommend them to anyone. Getting ready to purchase a new car but not buying it from them.
