Great customer service and easy and enjoyable buying experience
I bought my Buick Cascada and there was not hassle. They took my trade in to help out with the payments.
Drove two hours, each way, to look at a used car they said they still had when I called to confirm it was still available. When we got there, the first salesman we saw, said they sold that car last week. With maybe a dozen used cars on the lot, you can see why the lady on the phone, and her MANAGER, would have know this when we called. Instead they did what they could to get us down there, and then tried to get us to look at new SUVs. They gave us some BS about how their online and floor sales team don't communicate. We leased an Encore and was given false information, and had hidden overcharges. Also wrongly advised. BEWARE
Had a great car buying experience at Nimnicht GMC. Keith Albert was very professional and knowledgeable about all the cars and their features. Everyone at Nimnicht GMC has always been very friendly and helpful.
