I love the Nile Cafe and the family atmosphere. I feel nurtured when I eat at the Nile. I purchase their delicious chocolate cake for my birthday every year-not a slice-the whole cake! I am usually a generous person, but I find that I do not like sharing the cake-but I do-reluctantly. The food is so good I am hoping to get them to cater my son's wedding. I absolutely love the Nile Cafe! Good food & they only use filtered water. The customer service is superb, everyone is friendly, welcoming & accommodating. In addition, to food, drinks, and desserts they have Afrocentric books, CDs & clothing. Also they have free wifi & a band that plays on Tuesday nights. I highly recommend The Nile Cafe, in fact I've given it the nickname "Black Starbucks." �
Vegans can eat and eat and eat. I'm not a vegan but it was delicious. The service is great also. They even MAKE their own water which is crisp and thirst quenching. Go and enjoy the music, the shop and the food very Afrocentric.
