Just purchased a brand new car through this dealership and everything went smoothly and perfect thanks to Payton!!!! Honestly, the atmosphere made it so easy to buy a car and not stressful. Excellent customer service!!! No pressure to purchase and once I did decide to buy a 2016 Kia Sorento, they really worked with me to get a decent deal and made my car buying experience a pleasant one.
I took my soul to Southlake Kia to have it's sunroof fixed. 43 days later, it was still broken, had scratches, 2 dents, and a few other minor issues, but they said it was good to go. I decided to go to another dealership. Called Thomas Kia Service and was forwarded back to the operator 3 times. Called Burns Harbor Kia, was told to hold. Hung up after 10 mins. Called Nielsen. Worst place ever. Over charged me 5k on a car now I'm stuck with it the car sucks and has many issues. They even took my old SUV for trade in and basically stole it. I got nothing for it. The car was worth 11.5k I'm paying 16k after trade in and taxes. Never going there again. I hope they lose their license to Sell cars.
