We bought a certified Jeep Cherokee Overland several years ago. We are very pleased with the car. An issue came up that was out of warranty and not covered by the service plan we purchased. Even so, they stepped up and did the repair, asking only a very reasonable contribution from us. Many thanks, especially to Manny Grilo, the service manager.
