Can Someone please explain to me, how when you call and make a appointment for a specific recall for the THIRD TIME, drop off the car for the third time and then Nielsen dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram tells us for the third time they DON'T HAVE PARTS!! Isn't that way we keep calling and making the appointment!!! I have never seen such poor costumer service!!! OBVIOUSLY SAFETY IS NOT A CONCERN FOR NIELSEN DODGE IN EAST HANOVER!!
