Excellent service from Jon. He made the process of buying a new car very easy and has a great sense of humor. He is very upfront and honest.We did not feel any pressure with any of the decisions that we had to make. We live a mile from another Jeep dealer but drove 20 miles to Nielsen since we knew about their customer service and it was well worth it. Will definitely return when it is time.
Currently have now been waiting for three weeks for them to get back to me about a part that they supposedly ordered for my car. Look I get it, it’s warranty work and no one makes money off of it, however it’s still your job to fix it. This dealer for the past three weeks has been giving me the go around about getting my sport button fixed and There’s a knocking sound every time I turn which they said is my rear differential. I don’t see how the two are connected but fine. Still waiting to hear anything.
This is by far the best experience I’ve ever had buying a vehicle at the age of 54 I have bought my fair share of cars trucks vans Nielsen Jeep on route 10 was on believable their patients help me find when I was looking for the staff great bunch of people and the salesman Victor what a nice guy friendly and does the Astec he sold me what I wanted to buy not trying to get rid of Inventory I will return the next time I need another vehicle thank you Nielsen and staff
