Very disappointed at the way Mopar Mike handled the sale of a Viper they had in inventory. After i agreed to the purchase of the car and said i would take it. He ran my credit for nothing and sold it to the next buyer out from under me just because he was paying cash. Unacceptable!

We bought a brand new 2018 Jeep Sahara waited a while for delivery but the whole experience was great with salesperson Tony Infantino he was excellent kept me informed whole process and everything went effortlessly would and have already referred him and will continue doing business with him....
I've been going to Neilsen Jeep for six years for all my oil changes. The service was always fast and it took only 1 hour. I always go early in hopes to getting out early. This past Monday I went for a oil change and it took 2 hours. Close to the 2 hour mark I decided to get up and look around, and I happen to see my car. I went to the advisor and mentioned it and he said it was done and was getting the paper work. Once that was done I went to the car and the car was running for how long I don't know.

I've looked at a few of these reviews that were negative and wonder which Nielsen Dodge place did they visit because my experience at the one on Route 10 in East Hanover was the absolute best! The sales associate who helped me was Bernadine Dessalines and on a scale of 1-10, she was a 50 with her customer focus and assistance. Everyone I encountered during my visit this past Friday was fantastic! I am SO happy I chose to go to them and I LOVE my car! Thanks Bernadine!
