THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED...THEY FRAUD U ON THEIR SERVICES...THEY CAN'T EVEN BE TRUSTED WITH A SIMPLE OIL CHANGE. ITS JUST SO SAD HOW HORRIBLE THESE TECHS ARE!!!
This place sucks!!!! 3 hours for an “express” oil change!!! The Director of Service is completely useless as well. Thank god I used all my prepaid oil services because I will never come here for service again. They should be shut down.
Kings of bait and switch pricing. Called internet department. Provided specific detail on what I wanted. I was provided a price, and when I showed up to dealer, pricing was $27 higher per month and not even car/model I requested . Oh, I also waited for 3 days without a call back. I do not recommend this dealership.
Worst customer relations I have ever experienced. Sold me a lemon; 90 days of trying to resolve it. Tried several times to meet with a sales manager; blown off right at reception. They offered nothing, gave me the run around. Had to get the department of community involved with an attorney. Then magically they were motivated at least to start the repurchase process. Finally got my money back. Worst part they knew they sold me a car with a defect. They admitted there were 6 other customers affected.
They make sure you get hooked up! I got approved even with lousy credit!
