Many dealerships have bad reputations and some more than others. I have now purchased 4 vehicles from Nielsen (2 from Dover Chevy and 2 from Dodge) never once have I had trouble. I came in today with 2 trades around 12pm and left at around 2pm with a deal done and on my way home. We have worked with the same salesman twice now, John, and could not be happier with him.

Our sales rep Kire was a pleasure to work with and our deal went very smoothly. We've also been using their sales department for years and it's great!
I had to return my truck for repairs not completed correctly more than once. The service department seems to take on more than they can handle and are always too busy which is probably due to the fact that they can’t fix things correctly the first time. They seem to be poorly managed and unorganized. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.
They are very professional and have a great Service Advisor Roland Maecha
This month I leased my 3rd Jeep with them. Every time it was a great experience. I didn't feel pressure from them to make a specific deal. I walked out knowing I got what I wanted.
