customer service is very poor no communication with customers not enough diesel mechanic
Nightmare experience trying to get a deposit back. Lied to me about my refund being processed and when I followed up ten days later they said the salesman had lied about processing my refund but he no longer works for them so they have to process it all over again and can’t send me any receipt of this. Dodging my calls any time I call to follow up, but if I call from another number they answer right away. Horrible customer service and sketchy business practices.
