I love my Jeep Compass. However, the salesperson and the finance person at the East Hanover dealership are dishonest. Shop at Dover Dodge for a wonderful experience.
The car shopping process is always long and grueling but Eli made it a much more pleasant experience! He’s a good guy who will try and do whatever he can to make sure everybody is happy! My only complaint was that they were extremely short staffed causing Eli as well as the finance department to be pulled in all different directions causing me to be there much longer than I should’ve been. That being said I would still recommend them for your car buying needs! 👍🏻
They are rude, careless and full of bs. They will not appriciate your business or money. Every time they service your car you will find something incomplete or missing. Stay away..

Bought my car there today and had a great experience. Told them my price range and what I wanted to pay a month and they got me there with no problem. Took some time as car buying always does but I can not complain about anything. Bernadine was amazing from start to finish she took me to multiple cars and did not try to push me into something I didn’t want. The minute I was like ehhh she immediately took me to something else. I had bad experience with also the service manager he was completely rude, screaming on the phone , told me to shut up, I was beyond appalled that he had maintained a job there after speaking to customers this way , I will never recommend anyone ever there , I also will be blogging this on all social media to bring awareness not to shop or give any business to this dealership, if they wanna stand behind their employees for their bad behaviors and defend them go right ahead, but customer service should always be the number 1 ... read more
I had the most horrible experience with service manager being super inconsiderate , disregarded my feelings regarding a mess on their end and they dismissed how I felt, I would never recommend anyone to this dealership ever again , the service manager needs to get some training on how to handle all types of situations and I will make sure all my family & friends never shop at this dealership ever again
