If I had to do all over again I would NEVER buy a car from here. It was suggested I take out a GAP policy (which I did). My car was totated in January and you have yet to pay the portion that's due to the company I financed the car through and my accident happened in January. Now I'm being threatetened that this is going to appear on my credit report. I will reach out to this Chris Seechi two more times and my only other alternative is to call the better business bureau.
I just purchased a new vehicle from Nielsen Dodge and hadn't received my registration. The temporary registration expires tomorrow. I called to remedy the situation and encountered an extremely rude and obnoxious "manager" named RICH CATALANO who informed me that "the police won't care - they will just give you a ticket." He quickly got off the phone and transferred me to someone else. I question the integrity of these employees after my experiences with him and others. Buy elsewhere...
Went in today to the service dept for the horn on my Ram. Was checked in right away by a pleasant guy. Went over to see my advisor Roland who was very helpful and got me in and out right away. They had to order a horn for me and will have to go back when it comes in.. It's all good!!
