Worst dealership I have ever dealt with! Will not return again!!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It initially took four days after we dropped off our car for them to even communicate despite our multiple efforts to reach out, where we were pushed to voicemails or put on hold never to be answered. It's now been nine days and no car, and a complete failure to respond from our service reps. The last communication was a bunch of empty apologies and a promise to get things taken care of, then they tell us, "we will call you back in 15 min."
