The worst customer service you can possibly imagine.
I leased a 2014 ram truck for the first time in my life back in May 2014 after always buying used. That experience was great so we ended up getting another last year and again perfect experience but what makes Nielson of East Hanover stand out is their service department by far. Very knowledgable and very very Courteous and friendly. Thank you Tracey M and Manny G for providing us great service EVERY time. You will always have our recommendation.
What a joke of a service appointment today. Was quoted 1.5 hours of service for appointment, but waited there for 3 hours! Never once did anyone speak of delay or offer apologies. After asking for an "update", was told "Finishing up, 10 minutes"....50 minutes later we finally got the car. Someone needs to look over the allotment of appointments because everyone today was delayed, the service department couldn't handle it. I have a Jeep Grand Cherokee that we purchased from Nielsen. I have only had it serviced by them and I have always walked away with a good experience. The staff is friendly and efficient. I have watched them come out to the waiting room and personally explain what is wrong to customers as well as give them options on fixing a problem they may have. Nieslen has been doing routine maintenance on my 2015 Jeep Patriot since I bought it (elswhere). After bringing it in for a problem, they couldn't diagnose it. A short time later I got a call from them stating that a recent bulletin addressed the exact issue I was having and to bring it back. I work close by and they offer a free shuttle service-drive me to work and pick me up when my car is ready. It doesn't get much easier than that!
The team at Nielson was hands down amazing for me! The got me exactly what I wanted and stayed in my price range! Even delivered my car at work as I ran out of time and had to go in for my shift. Amanda and Rick worked many hours helping me get what I wanted. Thank you for your hard work and attention to detail.
