Have been customer for many years and never had a problem until now! I have the electrical plan and trying to get someone to come out to repair electrical outlet has been a nightmare. On hold every time I called for 30 or more minutes! They sent first referral to company that couldn't come until a week away. Called and again on hold for more than 30 minutes. Great job! A long time customer and have had concerns in the past about contacting Nicor services for service, this time they got it 100% right. I called at 330 on Friday afternoon, they picked up on the first ring, the plumber called at 830 on Saturday ( just as nicor said) to tell me they would be out between 1100 and 1 and the crew was there at11 and done by 1120. Well done,!
