We have been waiting 2 months for our reimbursement on repairs to our furnace. Called several times and they do nothing but give us the run around. They can't get any one out to fix it , tell us to get someone and they would reimburse and they haven't send us our miney yet. This is unexceptable!!!!@@

If there’s negative star I will give this company …the worst customer service and the dispatcher aside from Mr Tony that I spoke today but the person who answer my call prior to MR TONY lied that I don’t have appointment today but put me on hold to call the dispatch and FYI THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENS THAT MY DAYS WAS WASTED .. I've been using Nicor services for many years. They have serviced my refrigerator, ovens. Dishwasher, HVAC, Washer and dryer. Have had no problems whatsoever. Repairmen were professional and competent. Would recommend.

I have dealt with NICOR Solutions for many years and I can honestly say I have NEVER been disappointed with their service. They only use the best people in the business to send to do whatever it is you need done.

This company is a SCAM If it could rate them as a ZERO I would !!! I had my A/C unit serviced and the technician said it was overcharged and removed 7 lbs of Freon. The unit is 3 years old and they had serviced it every year without this issue. I filed a police report for theft. The company refuses to respond to this issue. No one answers the phone, responds to chat, or call back requests. I went to the Naperville Office and was told that no one works in the office. Technicians Mike & Tom were very polite, worked hard, and did a great job on the installation of my furnace. They were able to answer all my questions and offered me suggestions on the operation of the furnace . They cleaned up the whole area before they left. I would highly recommend Nicor Home Solution for repair or installation of a new furnace.
