Dr. Massie is a true professional. Dr. Massie addresses all physical problems with great knowledge. She addresses concerns with care & understanding . Doctor Massie takes time to answer questions & she is very personable. I’m thankful to be a patient of Dr. Massie.
I was sent to Dr. Massie for a follow up to a cyst that was located on my kidney during another ultrasound after insurance denied the original CT scan ordered by my primary care. The front office staff was very personable, but the back office staff was lacking. The nurse was in and out of the room, never having a conversation with me about medications, prior history, etc like is normal for a first time visit to the office.
