Called to exam room on time and wait was short to see doctor. Discussed options clearly which was very helpful.
She did run about an hour late, but the staff was terrific and sweet.
I love the short wait time from office to exam room .
I especially like Dr. Massie’s bedside manner. She’s very thorough in her exam and getting to the root of the problem and is very measured in her solutions. I trust her judgment and would recommend her to other patients.
Dr. Massie ask how I'm feeling; then she actually listens! She explains the options for the best care & treatment & I understood all of it. She asked, if I had any questions. I didn't because she covered my questions in explaining my treatment & my diagnosis. Dr. Massie cares so much about her patients that her office follows up with a phone call asking how I'm doing & if I forgot to ask Dr. Massie any questions. I did not have to wait long. The staff and the doctor were very friendly and efficient.
I was greeted quickly and taken to exam room. Nurse was named Amanda and was very polite and quickly got me prepared for the exam.
I am a 78 year old with a prolapsed bladder. I live out of town but my Dr. in Cullman referred me to Dr. Massie. I arrived 15 minutes early and signed in. I was called back promptly and given instructions quickly, curteously and with a smile. I was in and out in 45 minutes. Dr Massie explained my options and gave me medications. I am so thankful she didn't jump right to surgery but gave me 3 months to improve before going that far. Thank you Dr Massie and staff
