This was my first visit at this office with Dr. Massie. The staff were very nice. I didn’t wait long in waiting room. Dr. Massie was very thorough & explained everything well.
Dr Massie is top notch as a Dr in women's health.
Dr. Massie seemed very knowledgeable and was a good communicator. Her questions were good, she spoke in understandable language and gave easy to understand instructions.
She has treated me for more than 10 years with excellent care & medical advise.
Dr Massie is very knowledgeable, makes sure I understand her instructions, and is professional and considerate. All of her staff are friendly and able to answer any questions I’ve had.
Dr. Massie is easy to talk to about health issues; takes the time to listen. I trust her diagnosis and plan of treatment. I have recommended Dr. Massie on numerous occasions.
Everyone was pleasant and helpful.
Dr. Massie herself was very polite. She called me the morning after my appointment and explained results in detail to me. My visit at UCA was overall not good because of the way they scheduled me (which was overbooking me) and the staff not telling me that the wait was going to be really long. That aspect needs work.
I went to her in 2019 for bladder and vaginal issues and am now feeling like a new person. She is so kind, warm,and caring. She listens to you . I love her.
