Things could have been explained a little better by the staff & MD.
Dr Massie She is the absolute best physician I have seen in a very long time. she was timely, thorough and very attentive.
Dr. Massie was very polite and engaged. She sat down and listened to what I was experiencing and the reason for my visit. I didn’t feel rushed and felt like she cared.
My 80 year old mother is a chronic pain patient. She was told to be there for a procedure at 7am. It’s a 15 minute Axionic trial procedure. She had to wait several hours because they put someone requiring a long surgery ahead of her. Why not have her come later? Why didn’t they do the quickest procedure first? Why was no compassion shown for my mother? Her blood pressure was through the roof because of horrendous pain when she got to the OR. Always takes time and listens to my symptoms. Doesn’t make me feel like I am just a dollar sign. I highly recommend.
They were personable and knowledgeable.
Dr Massey’s level of professionalism and feedback was very helpful. She suggested physical therapy and pain medication for urinary discomfort. Advised her that I was agreeable to her recommendation. She agreed to order both. My current situation via Axonics implant appears to be trending in a positive manner at this point in time. Looking forward to further improvement.
Dr. Massie’s nurse top notch along with other staff. Dr. Massie addressed my issues & explained what she thought was going on & prescribed medications to help with my particular problem. Would definitely recommend her & would use her again.
She is my long time doctor! She goes the extra mile to be helpful and find solutions that help the patient. She took extra time to help me with my current problem today! I am ver grateful to her! Her nurse did the same!
