Ultimate professional - compassionate, listens to the patient
Oh my goodness! I was very pleased with my appt today! The wait was short and in fact, I was a little early and they called me right back. Dr Massie was so nice and took time with me. I would certainly recommend this office to others whether in the Homewood area or out of town as me

Dr Massie is very thorough. She also moves and talks very fast. I didn’t have much to discuss. So it wasn’t an issue. The staff is courteous, the checkin at the kiosk went well.
Dr. Massie always takes the time to listen. She never is in a hurry and truly does care about her patients. She is an excellent urologist and surgeon, as well. I'm so glad she was recommended to me.

I was so excited to finally see a urologist after requesting a specific doctor at this practice. When I got to my appointment and was waiting for the doctor, I found out I wasn't being seen by the doctor I had requested and instead was being seen by Dr. Massie. Her lack of compassion today was horrible. She told me my two options and didn't seem to care about my issues. She didn't seem to want to discuss anything with me further. Really disappointed in this doctors bedside manner.
Office staff great and Dr. Massie very thorough. She listened and asked questions and gave me good advice.
