Extremely unprofessional. Every time I call, it feels as though I’m calling someone’s home rather than a medical office. There is often excessive laughing and fooling around in the background (not once but multiple times), and the calls simply do not feel like they are being taken seriously. The nurse with the braces is a sweet heart. The front desk girl needs training. There’s a barcode on the wall I’m magically supposed to know I need to scan. I waited 10 minutes, mind you I’m the only person there . She finally tells me I need to scan it, then says if I don’t scan it she won’t know that I’m there. Meanwhile her rude self is the one that opened the door for us. I told theres no sign that says to check in, scan the barcode . She said thats why I told you . After being at another practice for years, we decided to try something new for our kids. Our first visit was a great experience. Dr. Frias is very patient, caring, and professional. The staff is helpful and friendly as well. Would definitely recommend this place for pediatric care.
Mariela and Sabrina were very nice receptionists. I love that Mariela gave my son tokens for the toy machine that’s was very sweet. Doctora frias era muy amable y querida con mi hijo de 10 mezes. Dr frias was very patient taking her time and doing measurements I’ve not seen other doctors do which I appreciate. Thank you all! I look forward to coming back 👍🏼
Front desk staff is helpful and very friendly! The Docs are patient and explain everything in detail. A+ all around.
