We moved into our new house in the town of lyman. 1st they charged us a $50 relocation fee and told us we got a new antenna and we are running off of the new tower. Ever since then around April we've had horrible service. We are paying $60 a month and when we do our speed tests it's showing 1 when we are paying for 10. I liked it for the first year or so, they was a really good Internet provider, but the last few months, on a weekly basis our area goes down, you call in and it's the same message every time saying they are experiencing problems and they are aware that is down.
