Always have done right by me.. for remote locations, can’t ask for better service.
Constantly going out and when I call to try and get it fixed I get told that there’s not an issue. When someone did come out the problem never got fixed.

This internet is embarrassing. We have been having problems with it since we got it a couple months ago. Now we get fluctuations in our download every 5 minutes where it drops below 1 Mb/s. Supposedly they will fix it Friday, leaving us a couple more days in our three week stint of worse than dial up internet. I'm sure they will want all $85 when the bill is due. Over priced for the worst internet I've ever had.

Been with NGL since 2011, anytime I need customer service they have been there. They speak English and have always tackled any problems. I am very pleased with their service. I recommend their service to anyone.

Paying for their 85 dollar package and get the speeds of the 30 dollar one. Constantly going down and very inconsistent. I believe we will be switching soon.

We have had NGL for 6 years now, we absolutely LOVE it! Their customer service is excellent! When we do have issues we can call and get things resolved 24/7.

I thought I was speaking to a HP representative and he was actually a hacker who really messed up my computer and printer. I called NGL Connection and Garrett tirelessly worked on resolving ALL the problems the hacker caused in my computer settings--which were a lot!. I would give Garrett a 5 star rating or a 10 if a score card were visible. I am grateful for the excellent service provided and so appreciative of the top quality service. They seem to listen but nothing actually changes in the stability of the connection. If you need wireless service it is adequate for google searches and facebook etc. If you need a locked on stable connection to run your business it will likely be a disappointment.
