Constantly loosing connection over weekends -- they refuse to call in senior level engineers when this happens -- so tired of calling every 3 weeks because of SLOW service.

The service is horrible and their solution for almost two years is to keep selling us different routers. Then when that doesn't fix things they say it's due to the upgrade on the towers. Almost two years of this. Our service has been almost non-existent yet they bill us for service we are not getting.
Garrett was very patient and helpful. It took a couple hours to set my computer up with connection to NGL, antivirus protection, gmail, etc.--just everything I had before plus much more. Garrett worked on my computer with RMM. Everything done was explained to me and all my questions were answered. He definitely made me feel comfortable and confident. I appreciated the world-class service I received from him. It is great to know there is such excellent service and assistance provided by NGL Connection. Thank you, Garrett!
