connection is always spotty. improve that
After reading your email and new billing policies i will probably be canceling my account with you all. It just shows its all about money now and not the customers. I started to notice if we called after hours with a problem the support was rude and lied a lot. And paying as much as we do only to have service drop as much as it does. Does not make your company worth it anymore i miss NGL and who you were before the merge

Gettting about 1/5 the speed im paying for, awesome.
So we have been calling them, and having them come out and they’ve switched out equipment. The issues have been going on since April and we are still not getting the 50mbps. This test is over WiFi & I get that’s not going to be as good as actually plugged into the box...but believe me...those #s aren’t much better. For 3+ weeks they have been saying they were going to change a part on the tower and they’d have us fixed up...still pulling crap! For $120/mth something should work...at least 1/2 the time.
Garrett was extremely helpful in making sure I got the correct parts and gave me a few more ideas to look at so I can increase the performance of my computer! Thanks, Garrett.

Ngl is complete joke of a ISP. way to many outages.
