They billed the wrong insurance which I hadn't had for over a year. I keep calling and giving them the correct insurance and they refuse to correct it. Now they are threatening to turn my charge over to a collections agency.

Worst service I have experienced so far! I paid the balance (<$20) using their on-line payment service when I first received the bill back to July. However, I keep receiving the bill with the same balance every month. Totally I called back three times to inquiry what was missing. My HSA account show the amount was cleared and settled backed to June, and I provided them the screenshots and transaction number so that they can research. NexteraMD handles the billing for my doctor and Memorial Hospital. They provide great service until they don't. I have a charge that is showing past due yet it was paid by my HSA plan. A rep asked for a check number or tracking number which I didn't have so I got it the next day and called back. The representative was so rude and hateful that we both ended up having a bad morning.
