We hired NDI to review a house we were considering for purchase. The agent was prompt, thorough, and knowledgeable. The information he gave us was so valuable and helped us avoid a “money pit”. Worth the money for any serious buyer.
I really like the review from NextDay Inspect. They were professional, even though I couldn't make it to my house. They sent me a detail report with clear pictures and explaining each and every detail. It was easy to go over the report and easy to tell what's is wrong and what needs to be fixed. I recommend NexyDay Inpect to my friends and Paulo Narduche did a wonderful job. I was impressed. :)
Using NDI (Next Day Inspect) for my 3rd and final home was WELL WORTH any cost. Builders will "screw you" with sub-standard construction workers rushing the jobs. The inspector caught everything I would have never looked for in my 1st and 2nd single family home. I told my initial pre drywall meeting that I wanted any nit-picky imperfections noted, since the home was well over $490-K, at only 2000 sq. feet.
Next Day Inspect and specifically Darryl were great! When I called to make the appointment, it was super easy and they had the best price as well as the best reviews. Darryl took his time, but also kept us informed throughout the entire inspection. He communicated any issues, but also assured us that we bought a good house with no glaring concerns. If you need a home inspection, don't hesitate to call Next Day Inspect, and ask for Darryl!
Great Service! Came early to do outside inspection ahead and let us know what the condition was. Walked together to show us around what each thing our inspector was looking for. Lawrence Kriegbaum was great to work with and I recommend using them again for future houses.
