I was expecting the report by Friday afternoon. Unfortunately, I received it at 8:00pm so the project manager didn’t get to see the report until Monday morning. We had our walk-through scheduled for Monday @ 2:00pm so he didn’t have sufficient time to address all the issues noted in the report. Otherwise, the experience was good. It helped me see how the builder stacks against the county construction codes and it helped me appreciate the higher quality building measures that I’m ultimately paying for.

Hello Mr.Gonzalez The property inspection was scheduled on Thursday at 2 PM and the onsite inspection concluded approximately at 5 PM. I do see in your order this was indicated as a 24-hour rush which would mean that we would have the aim to generate the report by 5 PM the following day, I do apologize that we did not meet the 24-hour rush request.
