While I have yet to move in and determine just how thorough/ accurate they were with the inspection, I do think NDI inspectors were courteous and very thorough. They were happy to have me tag along and ask questions. The report was easy to read and understand.

I really like the review from NextDay Inspect. They were professional, even though I couldn't make it to my house. They sent me a detail report with clear pictures and explaining each and every detail. It was easy to go over the report and easy to tell what's is wrong and what needs to be fixed. Using NDI (Next Day Inspect) for my 3rd and final home was WELL WORTH any cost. Builders will "screw you" with sub-standard construction workers rushing the jobs. The inspector caught everything I would have never looked for in my 1st and 2nd single family home. I told my initial pre drywall meeting that I wanted any nit-picky imperfections noted, since the home was well over $490-K, at only 2000 sq. feet.

Next Day Inspect and specifically Darryl were great! When I called to make the appointment, it was super easy and they had the best price as well as the best reviews. Darryl took his time, but also kept us informed throughout the entire inspection. He communicated any issues, but also assured us that we bought a good house with no glaring concerns.
