Rhonda from NextDay Inspect was fantastic in doing the home inspection for a house we are buying. Very detail oriented and patient in answering questions and not being an alarmist to us as buyers about issues. Her report was very organized and comprehensive. When I was selling my townhouse last year, the buyers used NextDay, and much to my dismay discovered plenty of issues I had to correct. That’s why I decided to use them as a buyer later!
