I scheduled an appointment last night for 6:30. Got there a few minutes early, from checkin to walking out the door was 49 minutes, of which 43 were with the provider. An extremely pleasant experience from the time I walked in the door until I left. Everyone was kind, concerned and very helpful. I am so thankful that we have this practice here. Thank you for your help with my problem. You all are fabulous!
This place is a joke. Called ahead Monday. Still waited a while, no actual doctor there, did not receive any medicine. Went back today. Called ahead, waited two hours only got vitals checked. I left. Went somewhere else today, I have a sinus infection and bronchitis. Please hire people who know what they are doing and care.
Had to wait 3 hr and was in a lot of pain had ear infection!
Did the call ahead service and was scheduled for noon and got in about 12:15pm. All the staff were great and the doctor listened to my concerns and was not quick to rush me out the door. Evrytime I have been there it has been a pleasant experience.
The staff was really nice to me, but the wait time was brutal. I had to wait 2 hours to be seen.
This facility is great. Only a minor wait. Staff were very nice and professional. Problem was addressed quickly and professionally. Would recommend it highly to anyone.
