We checked in online and received a text once we got to the facility to check our place in line. It said we were next but then four people went ahead of us. I asked the receptionist about it, and she said the list online is wrong. What is the point of checking in online or sending that text if none of it matters? One hour later and we are still waiting. We will make the trip to Chesapeake CHKD Urgent Care next time.
I was in this facility for an hour and a half waiting to be seen. After 2 people who came in after me were called to the back, I asked how much longer would I be waiting. I was told I hadn't even been entered into the system. After an hour and a half?! Unacceptable!
Was in and out on a holiday with my 3 year old. The staff went out of their way to welcome us both, lots of positive reinforcement practiced here to help my little one cope with a scary trip to the doctors. Thanks nurses, staff, and doctors for helping us get through the Fourth of July without incident!
I was hesitant to go here because of being around sick people. However when I went it wasn’t crowded and the staff was great, and efficient. Hopefully I won’t need to go back but I will if needed.
Went in late on Wednesday staff was great waited about 30 minutes saw Dr. ENGLISH. He told me what was wrong and that I needed to see a vascular surgeon. Been going to doctors in my home town in Arkansas and not one ever told me what type of provider I needed to see. I have made an appointment thank you Dr. English
