I expected a long wait, but didn’t expect to be treated so poorly. Good doctors, terrible receptionists.
This place is awful! Went there to get a certain test done and they “forgot” to send it off

why does it take hours to be seen here? who manages this place?
2.5 hour wait & still haven't been seen. ER next time...they were quick @ taking copayment
slow and unefficient not worth the time literally
Don’t waste your time... reception is rude and unprofessional. 18 hours after checking in online and 30 minutes of sitting in the clinic and we still aren’t “checked in”. Having a wait is one thing, but being extremely rude is another. I received a message after 30 minutes of sitting in the waiting area saying if I didn’t check in I would lose my spot, I had to go to reception and asked to be checked in.
Horrible place. Will never go back!
RecommendedAfter suffering with a migraine all day I arrived at the Elizabeth City NextCare around 6PM with 8 people in line in front of me and another person arrived with a 6:30 appointment. I was seen by Thadd English around 7:40 and quickly diagnosed, treated, and on my way to my pharmacy.
