Used the online check in was great and accurate with time didn't have to wait very long. I Took my daughter in to see Dr Fleming and his amazing staff Renee at the front desk and Esmeralda as the MA they treated my daughter very well with her being very sick they made her as comfortable as they could treated her with awesome service she was diagnosed after a few tests were taken and given the medication she needs to get better highly recommend thank you guys ur the best
I was in for like 30 min waiting and the "doctor" only saw me for like 5 min and just prescribed me stuff. Kinda seemed like they just wanted to get me put of there and it really irritated me! I have to pay to be seen for 5 minutes? Wow take your guys time!
Did the online check in which was very convenient I received text messages when it was time to head to next care urgent care. Facility was very clean and they had coloring books out to keep the littles entertained while waiting. We saw Dr. Thompson who was awesome. We were in and out within 1 hour which was nice I have been to other urgent cares in Casa Grande and have been there for 3+ hours. Online check is awesome will definitely be going back.
I waited about 35+ minutes to have a less than 10 minute conversation with the doctor. Basically telling me my pain in my abdomen was not an emergency and I can wait for a primary doctor to take care of that. He said that they did things like "bandaging wounds and things like that" I guess what pisses me iff the most to wait and pay for this type of service. I do NOT recommend.
