Everyone is very helpful and customer service oriented. I have always been happy with the physicians that have seen me.
Went in on 5/9 for severe pain in my leg. Waited for 2 1/2 hours just to be told to take a warm bath. The doctor actually laughed at me when I suggested pain killers because the pain keeps me from sleeping. I felt like she thought I was a junkie or a dealer just trying to get some narcotics. Wasted my morning just to have to schedule another doctor's appt. The most unprofessional experience I have ever had.
First time visit...staff was great and care was exceptional...called and put my name in, came in and filled out my paperwork and was called back within minuets...
Horrible service and the doctor was rude and they said my son had chicken pox when he had a reaction to his medicine Never going back !!!
The doctor didn't want to do anything he just listen to them and just said oh he has a cold and didn't want to check for anything else went to another doctor and he was tested positive for the flu
This was my second time at this location and I would highly recommend it. I would also recommend that you either call ahead or book online to avoid long wait times. The staff are all friendly and helpful.
Wish I would of known that you can register online n just walk in front of everyone else. Smh. Such a horrible way to do business. Seriously. I have to wait for 2 hours because I didn't register online. What kind of shit is that.
