I was pretty angry when I first got here because I was feeling sick and I had just waisted a half hour at the Banner walk-in because they said if my co-pay wasn't on my card they would have to charge me $75 co-pay. I told them I had been seen there before and that my co-pay was only $15. They said as of 8/1 this was thier new policy. Needless to say I left and went to NextCare. They were fast and great bedside manners I would recommend to all
Went in last week with severe ear pain. They got me right in with a provider and was out of there within 20 minutes. My prescriptions were called into the pharmacy and waiting for me by the time I crossed the street. Great experience
