Horrible experience! My daughter was having an allergic reaction and they didn't prescribe right medication and she ended up back in the ER 5 hours later. The nurse couldn't remember stats to report. �
Waiting to see dr have to be back at spring high school before 6pm bugeye's dance recital is to nite hopefully they can get me seen in and out super fast...
I like being able to schedule an appt. and both times they honored my time. The care was very good.
I was there with my son yesterday after he broke his foot in multiple places at school & They took wonderful care of him , In which they always do ... The staff is wonderful and so are the Drs. & Its always very clean and you can't beat there prices , Plus its so close to home and we're not suck there for days on end waiting to see a Dr. Like we would be if we went to the hospitals around here ...
Very fast and friendly, definitely recommend! Would of been in and out sooner but the flu test takes about 20 minutes to run.
I went there and they wrote me a prescription that I guess contains latex (I have a severe allergy to). Mind you I told the LVN twice I had an allergy and the dr himself once. They say they will call in a new one...a day later they fill it with another medications containing latex. My pharmacy called them and they claimed I never told them of my allergy. It has been 5 days and I still have not had a prescription filled. I am so appalled at the terrible customer service and lack of attention. I carry an EPI pen and wear a med... read more
