Walked right in very friendly at the customer service desk to going back to the room to the doctor have a horrible case of the pinkeye took excellent care of me called in my prescription ...went right to Walgreens pick it up with in the matter of maybe 20 minutes love this place I’ve been going here for years thanks for your excellent service
I’m not sure why this place is even called an urgent care. I went in today and they said it would be at least six hours until we could get an appointment to see a doctor. They told me that they are prioritizing online appointments. Not sure what kind of urgent care doesn’t take walk-ins.
My wait time was about 15 minutes. Great customer service. And was cheaper than a doctors visit.
We have been here twice and both times excellent care for after hours. 1st visit was a wait but service was great! Second time we got right in and saw two of us at a time cause we both were sick and registered. Excellent it's my after hours go to place!
Anytime I need something this is the first place I go.. Clean, friendly, fast service. They accept a lot of different insurance which is a plus so I know it wont cost me ridiculous amounts to be seen.
They were courteous and got me in right away and I am already feeling better.
