I love to go here. They are sweet and fast. They listen to you. They also seem to pick up on things your primary misses.
Very polite, efficient staff. Clean waiting area. I was given all the information I needed upfront (copay and wait time) Glad I took a good book, which made the wait time fly by. Very calm atmosphere which is always good. The nurses and doctor explained everything well. No complaints from me. I would definitely recommend and use this facility again. Hopefully not too soon though.
Was treated with professionalism, nice staff, nice clean area
too long of a wait! We waited almost two hours to be seen and only one doctor working. She was very good though. They took very good care of my baby. Being short handed is a problem everywhere Check in was a breeze. There was an issue with our insurance and the receptionist trouble shot it immediately!! That took a big burden off our shoulders. Everyone that works there was very welcoming and I appreciate the immediate service you get here when you just can't make it to your primary care. I recommend making an appointment over the phone or online that way your wait till is less.
Only 5 minute wait on a Tuesday. Cindy was a good PA. Xray machine on premises.

This is the worst urgent care. The have the witch from hell sitting in the front. I called at 4:30pm they put my name on the list got a text said that i would be seen at 6:47 about a hour later they texted said they are running behind and i will be seen at 7:06 i arived and the lady at the front desk was so snoded. I cheched in with the witch from hell sat in the lobby for 30 minutes finally got called back the took my vitals and sent me back to the lobby for 20 more minutes finally got ba v k to a room and the nurse told me... read more
Told me my 3 yr old had a double ear infection. Gave medication that he is allergic to. Had to get them to fix the rx order. Gave him nausea medication but put the wrong dose down for him. Ended up in er and hospitalized for 3 days because antibiotics caused diarrhea. Come to find out his ears never had an infection and I was going him way o much nausea meds. Never will use this urgent care again for my child.
