Staff is very rude. I took my father in for his kidney stones at 8 AM when they opened (he had an appointment). The front desk woman we talked to and the one who called him back were very cold and seemed like they couldn't be bothered. Waited in the lobby while they took him back and overheard the two front desk women complaining about their coworkers the entire time and making fun of the people who called with questions. Clean facility, absolutely horrible staff.

They are good. I made an appointment and was in and out quickly. The only things I don’t like are the receptionist are very unfriendly, they are competent, but not personable, every time I’ve been seen there (this is the second time, both needed quick attention, but neither were life threatening) I’m asked why I went there instead of the ER, which makes me feel unwelcome, and they don’t put your diagnosis on your discharge instructions, which makes it hard to tell your PCP later what happened, or to look up things that can e... read more
They are awesome!! I love the fact that you can book an appointment at an Urgent Care online and they always have appointments available!! They are fast, efficient and very nice :)

Staff & service are both great! Prompt, friendly & efficient.
I went in on Friday feeling terrible. The wait was less than the usual urgent care and everyone was very friendly. Once I was taken to the back, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Got a Dr note and prescription was sent to the pharmacy immediately.
